Coffee with Ghee

I usually drink coffee black, but I recently tried out coffee with ghee. It’s a kind of clarified butter, normally available in bio-supermarkets or health food stores. And yeah, it sounded disgusting, but it makes the coffee quite smooth. And as a first coffee in the morning, the extra energy is quite something. Given the high calorie count and the other effects of the fat, I won’t replace later coffees with it, though.

If you like coffee, but don’t like milk or sugar, it might be something.
