‘We’re the other kind,’ said Granny. ‘We’re the kind that gives people what they know they really need, not what we think they ought to want.’
“Witches Abroad” by Terry Pratchett
There are a lot of interesting blogs available, written by people who share an interest in … removing a little bit of unnecessary friction. It always makes me smile when one of these bloggers/authors points to my book or my blog. It shows me that my work is useful and often shows me an interesting blog to read/follow in return.
On this page I have collected links to a few blogs that have written about this site/book:
- Ruminating … Luc Beaulieu’s BLOG has a recommendation of “Organizing Creativity” — he writes about “conducting scientific research, supervising students and “toys” that make creative activities even funnier”.
- Online Ph.D. program has this blog among it’s Top 100 Thesis & Dissertation References on the Web (as No. 19). I have no experience with this site or their offers, but the list of recommendations is interesting in any case.
- Toolblog.de has a posting about this site and the book — the blog is in German and has some interesting tips.
- Openmedi.de points to an article series (organization of scientific work) of this site
- TangentRamblings also points to this site — the posting is esp. interesting, she shows two beautiful photos of her notebook pages.
