I have recently written a posting about eating at work and got the recommendation to take a look at the Japanese Bento Boxes. Looking around, I found a good website (justbento.com) dedicated to Bento boxes (and healthy living). The author, Makiko Itoh, has also published a book (see image on the right), which seems very interesting (and is rated highly on Amazon). So far, packing my own lunch works very well. After two weeks, I have to vary my choices a bit, otherwise it gets boring. But I guess the book will give me a few suggestions. 🙂
