I’ve started subscribing to the RSS feeds of FIRE (Foundation for Individual Rights in Education). It’s focused on the US, but it provides some interesting ideas. Furthermore, I suspect that censoring free speech in the name of political correctness is also a matter in the country I live in. Strange thing, censorship can be hard to notice if it is cloaked in social norms.
Anyway, the interview with Juan Williams is pretty interesting (from their blog posting: Juan Williams Blasts Censorship, Argues Students and Citizens Need Open Avenues to Exchange Ideas), as is the rest of their website:
Yup, you need to be able to discuss ideas, no matter where they lead you.
