Scotch Eggs with Bacon

Bacon: So good, two major religions ban it to demonstrate true sacrifice.

Scotch egg (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scotch_egg) is usually made with sausage meat and coated in breadcrumbs. Well, I’m not a bird, so why not replace the breadcrumbs with something tastier: bacon.

And when we go for improvements, you can simply take burger patties and use them. They are just enough to cover a normal sized boiled egg.

Just boil the eggs, then cover them with ground meat (1 pattie = 1 egg, I prefer to salt the pattie beforehand), then wrap the bacon around it.

If you use an Air Fryer, just preheat it, then go for 10 min on 190°C (375°F). After 10 min, turn them around and add about 6 min at 190°C (375°F). The temperature of the meat should reach 71°C (160°F).

Very, very tasty …
