As an addendum to yesterday’s posting about the TED Talk regarding “building your creative confidence“, another great one: Tali Sharot about “The optimism bias”. As she puts it beautifully at the end of her talk — why not plan for negative outcomes, but nevertheless use the optimism bias to reap its rewards?
