One thing that struck me during this early development of the first corona virus pandemic was that some of my concerns came too late. Sure, I did take some precautions — or didn’t I? (Yup, “Parks and Recreation”‘s Ron Swanson did leave an impression, and seriously, what the fuck happened during the last season?!?).
But some things came too late (or did they?).
Thing is, if this turns out to be not as bad as it could be, it’s a hard lesson learned. And something you probably should take seriously. (I do.)
What do you do if the stores are closed? What do you do if electricity fails? What do you do you have to deal with … social situations on your own.
If nothing else, the current situation might prove to be an excellent situation to answer these questions for the future.
If it does not turn out to be a major disaster. If it does, well …
